Delivery
The delivery period is stated again with each item.
If you missed a misspelled or auto-filled address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. No refunds will be issued after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
Delivery of items from our local warehouse will take 1 to 2 business days. If they are not in stock locally, delivery will take up to 5 working days. Please note : delivery time may vary per item, the delivery time is stated with each item.
Guarantee
If you buy an item via stefo.be, you can assume that it is in good condition and will continue to work as expected with normal use. However, it can always happen that you are not satisfied and want to return your item or have to register for repair. There are certain rules attached to this. To avoid any surprises, we recommend that you read this information page.
The manufacturer of your ordered item can provide a manufacturer's warranty. This means that the manufacturer will repair or replace your item during that warranty period if it becomes defective, unless the defect was caused by you.
If a defect occurs during the warranty period through no fault of your own, you may be entitled to a repair fee or replacement of the item. Below is what you can do.
The proof of warranty for your item is often the relevant invoice or proof of purchase. You can find this in your account when ordering.
No unexpected repair costs
If a product breaks down during the warranty period, you are entitled to free repair or replacement, unless you have not used the product normally. Is the repair due to use damage, for example? Then the repair is for your own account.
We only repair your item after you have given permission to do so, so that you do not incur unexpected costs. You will then first receive an estimate of the costs.

You must return it at your own expense, once we receive the product, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please state a name and order number on the returned packages.
