At Stefo , we strive for satisfied customers. Not completely satisfied with your purchase? No problem – we have a clear and customer-focused returns policy .
Please note: All returns must be approved in advance by Stefo . Only after approval may you personally deliver or ship the product.
🛍️ Made a purchase? Here's how returns work:
✅ Online orders
The statutory right of withdrawal applies to online purchases:

You have a 14-day reflection period from the day you receive the product.

Within this period you may return the item without giving any reason.

Additional service from Stefo : you have a total of 30 days to return the product, as long as the product meets the return conditions.
🏪 Purchases in our store
For purchases in our physical stores:

There is no statutory cooling-off period .

You can return or exchange within 30 days if:

The product is undamaged and unused

The original packaging and labels are present

You can provide proof of purchase

This service is an additional contribution from Stefo, but not a legal obligation.
