At Stefo , we strive for satisfied customers. Not completely satisfied with your purchase? No problem – we have a clear and customer-focused returns policy .

Please note: All returns must be approved in advance by Stefo . Only after approval may you personally deliver or ship the product.


🛍️ Made a purchase? Here's how returns work:

✅ Online orders

The statutory right of withdrawal applies to online purchases:

  • You have a 14-day reflection period from the day you receive the product.

  • Within this period you may return the item without giving any reason.

  • Additional service from Stefo : you have a total of 30 days to return the product, as long as the product meets the return conditions.

🏪 Purchases in our store

For purchases in our physical stores:

  • There is no statutory cooling-off period .

  • You can return or exchange within 30 days if:

    • The product is undamaged and unused

    • The original packaging and labels are present

    • You can provide proof of purchase

This service is an additional contribution from Stefo, but not a legal obligation.


📦 Return Policy

  • Products must be in original condition

  • Undamaged, unused , with original packaging and labels

  • Always include your proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)


🚚 Returns procedure

1️⃣ Always ask for approval first via info@stefo.be
2️⃣ You then have three options to return the product:

  • 📍 Personal delivery to one of our stores:

    • Bredabaan 298, 2170 Merksem

    • Three Kings Square 5, 9820 Merelbeke

  • 📦 Would you rather send it by mail? Use this return address:

Make sure the item is properly packaged to prevent damage during transport.


⚠️ Reported damage or problem?

Please check your order upon receipt.
👉 Report damage or incorrect delivery within 48 hours via info@stefo.be


💸 Refunds

  • After receipt and inspection, we will process the refund within 14 business days .

  • If it takes longer than 15 business days , please send us an email: info@stefo.be
